When do you ship and how is my order packed?
Orders placed by 5:00 PM are shipped the same day. Parcels ship in a tear-resistant, waterproof black mailer, shipping box, and belts are also wrapped in protective paper and packed in a reinforced box.
How does shipping work, including lockers and international orders?
Choose your parcel locker in the cart, before payment. Once your parcel is dispatched you get an email with a tracking number and link. We ship worldwide: delivery usually takes 2–4 business days in Europe and 5–10 business days elsewhere.
What if I order the wrong size? Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to request a size exchange or a refund. The returned item should be unused, with no signs of gym use.
