These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Certain products (such as lifting belts, wrist wraps, and accessories) may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

We accept payment through supported third-party providers, including Shopify Payments, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and local payment options. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item without providing any reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, free of signs of wear, and accompanied by all original packaging and tags. Direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. For detailed instructions on how to process a return, please consult our Return Policy.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to brand logos, product designs, graphics, images, text, and overall design, is the exclusive property of Patrick Kos ONEPRCNT and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. 11. LIFETIME WARRANTY (10 mm Lever Belt)

The guarantor is Patrick Kos ONEPRCNT, ul. Świerszczowa 33, 78-100 Niekanin, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 6711872513. The warranty covers the ONEPRCNT 10 mm lever belt and is valid indefinitely for the original purchaser within the European Union.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, in particular: cracking or breaking of the lever buckle, tearing of the belt leather, or separation/unraveling of structural stitching under normal use.

The warranty does not cover: cosmetic wear and tear (buckle scratches, natural aging and softening of the leather, surface abrasions), damage resulting from improper use (modifications, contact with chemicals, prolonged exposure to moisture, misuse/use contrary to intended purpose), or intentional damage.

Warranty claims: write to contact@oneprcnt.store, providing your order number and attaching photos or a video of the defect. We will respond within 14 days; we may request that the belt be sent back for evaluation. If the defect is recognized, we will repair the belt or replace it with a new one (or an equivalent model if discontinued) at our expense, including shipping costs.

This warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend consumer statutory rights under applicable laws regarding seller liability for lack of conformity of the goods with the contract.

What is excluded: Normal cosmetic wear and tear (surface scratches on the buckle, natural leather aging/softening), misuse, or intentional damage. To submit a warranty claim, please email us at contact@oneprcnt.store with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.
