When do you ship and how is my order packed?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Belts are wrapped in protective paper and packed in a reinforced box, and the parcel travels in a tear-resistant, waterproof black mailer.
How does delivery work and how do I choose a parcel locker?
Choose your InPost parcel locker in the cart, before payment. Once your parcel is dispatched you get an email with a tracking number and link. We ship worldwide: delivery usually takes 2–4 business days in Europe and 5–10 business days elsewhere.
How do I choose my belt size?
Measure around your torso at belly-button level with a flexible tape, while bracing. Do not use your trouser or everyday belt size. Enter the result in the size calculator on the belt page. If you fall on the border between two sizes, choose the smaller one to keep adjustment range during weight cuts.
What are the products made of?
Belt: natural vegetable-tanned cowhide leather and a stainless steel lever. Wrist wraps: high density poly-elastane weave. Lifting straps: heavy-duty cotton weave. Socks: 80% cotton, 17% polyamide, 3% elastane.
What warranty does the belt have?
The belt has a lifetime warranty on the buckle, leather and structural stitching. Normal signs of use, such as scratches on the buckle or worn leather, are not covered. Full terms are in the store policy, section 11.
What if I order the wrong size?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a size exchange or a refund. The returned item should be unused, with no signs of gym use.
Which payment methods can I use?
At checkout you can pay with BLIK, card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is encrypted and handled by Shopify.
