1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over 170 PLN (or equivalent in your local currency at checkout).

• Domestic Shipping (Poland):

  • InPost 24/7 Parcel Lockers: estimated delivery time 1–2 business days

  •  Courier delivery: estimated delivery time 1–2 business days. DPD 24/7

  •  Lockers: estimated delivery time 1–2 business days. Orlen Paczka 24/7

  •  Lockers: estimated delivery time 1–2 business days.

• International Shipping (EU & International):

  • European Union: Estimated 3–7 business days.

  • Rest of the World: Estimated 5–14 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For orders delivered outside the European Union, Patrick Kos ONEPRCNT is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied by the destination country. All additional fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct upon checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing information, or failure to collect the parcel from a locker/courier within the specified timeframe, the buyer will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please file a damage report (protokół szkody) directly with the courier or at the parcel locker terminal if possible. Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged goods and original packaging so we can assist you with a claim.
