Return Policy

If the ordered product didn't meet your expectations, you can easily return it. Simply use our returns portal available at: https://furgonetka.pl/zwroty/0f13dac0-9e12-4d61-91be-3986df49eadf

1. Select products to return

You can return all products or just some of them. You have 14 days to do so.

2. Specify shipment details

Pack the products into a parcel, select a delivery option, and pay for the return shipment.

3. Send back the parcel

Hand over the return shipment to a courier or drop it off at a selected drop-off point.

4. Receive your refund

You will receive a refund within 7 days, and you will be notified via email.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, please remember that if you have used the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning — as you would in a physical store — we may reduce the refund amount accordingly by the diminished value of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, physically receives the purchased goods. We consider registering the return on our returns portal as an unequivocal statement (and we recommend this method). The Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in cases specified in detail in Article 38(1) of the Polish Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights.

Refunds

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the amount paid for the goods as well as the costs of the cheapest available delivery method offered by our store. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, the difference in cost is non-refundable. The refund will be processed within 7 days, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until proof of shipment is provided. If you choose to process the return through our returns portal, the proof of shipment will be the status of the return parcel, which we receive automatically upon registration. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless you agree to an alternative solution.

The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the returned products resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We reserve the right to claim compensation from the Buyer in this regard to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Product Returns

Returned items must be sent back or delivered to our store immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the items are sent back before the 14-day period expires.

The direct cost of returning the goods to our store is borne by the returning party.
